My current teaching rotation:
GEOSC 204 GEOBIOLOGY - A survey of the history of life emphasizing extinction processes and the K-T mass extinction. Includes a capstone field trip to the Denver Basin. Required for geosciences and geobiology undergrads.
GEOSC 424 PALEONTOLOGY AND FOSSILS - Introduction to the principles of paleontology emphasizing quantitative methods.
GEOSC 572 FIELD STRATIGRAPHY - Introduction to the collection and interpretation of field data in sedimentary rocks. Includes a field trip to the Guadalupe Mountains, West Texas.
GEOSC 597A PALEOBIOLOGY SEMINAR - Student-led discussion of foundational and recent papers in paleobiology.
